If it wasn't bad enough I lost most important part the ID that tells you what I'm allergic to now I've lost the heart that goes with this bangle

I was impressed with the great quality of the bracelet. Good timing in getting to me by mail, as well. I was sent the wrong charm to go on my bracelet (received a tree charm instead of the heart) but as soon as they read my email, they apologized and sent out a new one....no charge, no fuss.
