The engraving turned out good! I Love my double heart tags! Decent turn around and shipping time as well! But I gave a 4 because I received a shorter chain than described and the clasp on the chain was broken. I did call.. They did apologize and said they will ship the correct unbroken chain right away! I will update when I receive it!

Pleased with the product with the exception at one end of the chain does not have a larger loop I can clasp to. Makes clasping a little difficult. Otherwise the product is great!
