Terrible customer service

The bracelet itself is very nice but be very sure you do not include the medic alert part in the length, which I did so the bracelet is too small. I called hoping to order a longer chain and was rudely told it was my mistake and they do not do special orders if I want to get a longer chain I need to reorder the whole thing. Why the medic alert part is good and the chains has 2 lobster claw clasps so another chain would be an easy fix. I didn't ask for it free, I would have paid for the chain, but no, "we don't do special orders". So I ordered one from a different more customer friendly company. I will not use this company again.

I ordered an 8” bracelet and it was true to size and was as presented on the webpage. My only complaint is lines 2 and 3 were not capitalized as shown in the preview.
