The bracelet is well made it came with everything I asked for on it great quality sometimes the corners of the metal are super sharp to the point it could cut Someone or somthing id probably dull the edges of the metal. Other then that its a great product.

I got my bracelet, I don't know what possessed me to buy a leather strap because you can't get leather wet. So that was my fault, and when brought to their attention they allowed me to purchase another one with a discount that could get wet. The only thing that I didn't like was the engraving was to light. You couldn't see it very well and if I couldn't see it, what would happen in an emergency and the medics couldn't read it. So I suggested that they engrave it in black but they can't do that because it is laser engraved. They did suggest that I ask them to engrave it deeper, I haven't gotten it yet so time will tell. I will tell you that these people are very nice to work with and their customer service is top notch. Just remember if you have to wear it all the time, don't get leather.

Very nice it has class the strap could have been an 1/8 inch longer but it will stretch it does look very nice
and if the plate was a little larger so we could get it all on
the front would be nice. But as is it is very nice it is every thing you said it would be.
