I ordered another tag and got this instead. It is heavier than a dog tag which is fine but it had sharp edges as if stamped from a thick piece of steel. It came without a wallet card, a different chain than shown and no response from this company to rectify the mistake after several tries. Buyer Beware

I’m very happy with the medical tag. Clear imprinting. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Just wish it came with a 24 inch chain instead of a smaller chain. A longer chain would allow for it to go over my head vs. using the latch every time. I do remove it when I am at home. I leave it in the car and put it on when I am away from home. At home, I have all the info available so a neck tag is not needed. Peace
