My husband needed a new alert due to a new health issue. I ordered from here because it was so inexpensive and it was all we could afford. But after receiving his alert, I can tell you that it is a better quality than his first, more expensive one. It arrived quickly and all the engraving was perfect. Getting a medical i.d. for myself was long overdue, but a health-scare made it a priority. When I received my tag, which arrived very quickly, I was at first surprised by the size. It's smaller than I expected, but not too small. In fact I really like the size; it's more feminine. The printing is perfectly legible and clear. It's beautifully done, and I highly recommend this tag and this company for quality and service.
